The ultimate Queen has spoken and we are in awe of her grace and charm. Sushant Divgikr aka Rani KoHEnur made a royal statement when she graced Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Heeramandi: The Diamond Bazaar premiere in Mumbai.

Gracing the red carpet with her presence, Sushant adorned a black pearl Banarasi handwoven lehenga from Warp ‘n Weft by Sagrika Rai. Acing the timeless piece of art like a true star, Sushant celebrated the age-old weaving technique – Rangkat in this classic silhouette.

The metallic hues of golden black, silverish grey, and coppery browns form an ombre appearance in the colour blocking indigenous technique of Rangkat where antiquity meets modernity.

Sushant paired the lehenga with a gold silk tissue dupatta with tassel detailing and completed the look with a black blouse. Styled by celebrity stylist Nandini Vij, Sushant’s hair and makeup was done by Raziea and Elna respectively. Sushant accessorised with some traditional jewellery featuring earrings and a multi-layered necklace that sparkled against the monochromatic saree blouse.

As a singer and actor, Sushant has impressed everyone with her talents. It’s her attention to detail when it comes to her personal style that leaves an impressionable impact. We love how Sushant experiments with her style quotient and enjoys celebrating India and its crafts in her style choices. This lehenga adorned by Sushant is a must have this wedding season. While the way the dupatta is draped on Sushant it does give an illusion of a saree, so you could always try styling it in this way or hold the dupatta on one side.

Sushant post the premiere and also took to Instagram to share her experience at the premiere. She said, “What an absolute delight to witness the magic and opulence of cinema through the eyes of The Sanjay Leela Bhansali and a big big applause for the entire team of SLB productions and team Netflix India.”

She further went on to complement Sonakshi Sinha in the post. “A special special shoutout and love to one of the purest souls I know @aslisona, what a brilliant performance. I have always loved you but now, I am in absolute awe of literally everything you do and your Art! Omg! What a delight,” she added.
