Remsons Industries acquires 51% stake in BEE Lighting to enhance automotive lighting solutions

Remsons Holding Ltd, the wholly owned subsidiary of Remsons Industries Limited, has obtained a 51% equity stake in BEE Lighting. This move, targeting the diversification of Remsons' product range, marks their entry into the automotive lighting sector. The acquisition aligns with their strategic plan to widen their market reach, particularly focusing on the Luxury/Super/Hyper-Car and EV segments.

Expressing enthusiasm about the acquisition, Rahul Kejriwal, Executive Director of Remsons, stated, “We are thrilled to welcome BEE Lighting into the Remsons family. This acquisition not only enhances our product offering but also allows us to enter the lighting market with the significant expertise and innovation that BEE brings. It’s an exciting step forward in delivering more comprehensive solutions to our customers.”

BEE Lighting diverse portfolio

Established in 2006, BEE Lighting specialises in automotive headlamps, rear lamps, and various external and internal lighting solutions. The company places a strong emphasis on innovation, particularly in LED and ADB (Adaptive Driving Beam) systems, which has bolstered its reputation within the automotive industry. BEE Lighting’s UK-based lab, certified to provide Global Homologation approvals, stands out as a significant asset in this merger.

The founders of BEE Lighting, Paul Crees and Colin Fulford, voiced their pride and anticipation regarding the collaboration. “We are extremely proud of what we have built at BEE with the team and are excited about our future with Remsons.
