Morning Cycling: Rohit Sharma mentioned that his day starts with around 30 minutes of cycling. Cycling helps to make our legs stronger. After returning from cycling he drinks a glass of protein shake and proceeds with his morning workout.

Focus on Important Workouts: After starting the day with cycling his workout of the day starts. He mainly focuses on significant workouts like leg exercises, crunches, squats, and push-ups. These exercises help him to strengthen his muscles and reduce the excessive weight.

Consistent Training: Speed and agility are the two very important factors of the sport. After working out he practices speed and agility exercises like cone drills, ladder drills, and plyometric exercises daily. He mentioned that he tries to do each exercise for at least 20 minutes.

Stretching Exercises: The captain of the Indian team practices various types of stretching workouts that help him cool his muscles after each rigorous session.

Variation In Daily Exercises: He mentioned that he loves to introduce new workout exercises every day to keep his fitness routine interesting. These include playing different sports, high-intensity exercises, or attempting new workouts.

Low-Carb Diet: To boost metabolism and shed excess fat while ensuring proper cardiovascular health, Rohit mainly prefers a low-carb diet.

Maintaining a Balanced Diet: Maintaining a balanced diet is very important to stay fit, especially for a sports person. Rohit includes food like nuts, seeds, fresh fruits, lean meats, and a variety of vegetables that help to keep his body fit and healthy while maintaining the proper weight.
