Jawa Yezdi Motorcycles opens Phase-2 of service camps in 32 cities on Friday

Collaborating with leading original equipment suppliers such as Motul, Amaron, and Ceat Tyres, Jawa aims to offer top-notch service quality to its customers.
New Delhi: Jawa Yezdi Motorcycles is all set to roll out the second phase of its service camp on Friday, April 19, in 32 tier-II and tier-III cities across the country. It will continue till the end of June.

In the first phase that concluded in March, the company serviced over 6250 Jawa motorcycles across 36 dealerships in India, the company said.

Similar to phase-one, the next phase of the service camps will provide owners of 2019-2020 Jawa motorcycles a comprehensive vehicle health check-up and an opportunity for free replacement of select parts not limited to warranty status of the motorcycle, the company said in a media release.

The CEO of Jawa Yezdi Motorcycles, Ashish Singh Joshi, said, "This is a first-of-its-kind initiative by any automotive brand in India and underscores the brand’s dedication towards customer satisfaction and elevating ownership experience. By entering tier-2 and tier-3 markets, we can hyper-localise a brand-led service to more of our valued customers. We aim to service 10,000 more motorcycles by the end of June.”

Collaborating with leading original equipment suppliers such as Motul, Amaron, and Ceat Tyres, Jawa aims to offer top-notch service quality to its customers. The brand will provide free extended warranties in accordance with the outcomes of each motorcycle's health assessment at the camp. A dedicated zone will be arranged for owners looking to upgrade their motorcycles, where they can assess the exchange value, the release added.

The phase-two service camps, will be organised in Jalandhar, Nagpur, Ghaziabad, Varanasi, Dehradun, Faridabad, Indore, Salem, Kanpur, Bareilly, Jammu, Haldwani, Magalore, Kollam, Siliguri, Jodhpur, Tirupati, Mysore, Raipur, Ranchi, Nagercoil, Bhubaneshwar, Hubli, Patna, Trichy, Anantapur, Pondicherry, Nashik, Jabalpur, Goa, Kolhapur, and Tinsukia.
