EV Recharge’s technology can charge vehicles from 0% to 80% in just 20 minutes, a significant improvement over the traditional 3-4 hours.
EV Recharge, a pioneer in India’s mobile green energy charging solutions, has partnered with B2B logistics giant ZEVO to offer on-location fast charging for ZEVO's fleet of three-wheeler electric vehicles. This collaboration marks EV Recharge's first operations in Noida and aims to enhance sustainable logistics with advanced mobile charging technology, reducing vehicle downtime and boosting delivery efficiency.

Arpit Sharma, Co-Founder & CEO of EV Recharge, emphasised the impact of this collaboration. "We’re excited to partner with ZEVO and introduce our mobile fast charging technology in the market. Our solution offers the flexibility of fast charging wherever the vehicles are stationed, which is a game-changer for EV logistics operators. By reducing downtime and increasing time on the road, we are enabling businesses like ZEVO to operate more efficiently and sustainably."

What does it indicate?

The initiative promises to transform logistics by providing on-demand charging directly at the vehicles’ locations. ZEVO, which employs over 1,500 electric three-wheelers for deliveries, will benefit from significantly reduced downtime, enabling their fleet to spend more time making deliveries instead of charging. This mobile charging solution eliminates the need to take vehicles out of service for extended periods.

EV Recharge’s technology can charge vehicles from 0% to 80% in just 20 minutes, a significant improvement over the traditional 3-4 hours. The mobile units are designed with fast charging capacities ranging from 18KWh to 120KWh, tailored to the specific needs of different vehicles.

Dewansh Poddar, Co-Founder & COO of EV Recharge, highlighted the company's expansion plans. "Our partnership with ZEVO is just the commencement in our larger plan to expand mobile charging solutions across India over the next 10-12 months. Starting in Noida, we aim to accelerate the adoption of green mobility by expanding into new cities and sectors. After establishing a robust presence in the B2B sector, we plan to open our services to the B2C market, helping individual EV owners experience the same efficiency and convenience."

EV Recharge portfolio

One distinctive feature of EV Recharge's units is their lighter module, ensuring smooth mobility and seamless operations. The company is among the few in the industry using electric vehicles to deliver power to other EVs, maintaining a fully green process. Their technology has the highest power conversion efficiency in the market, reducing energy loss to single digits, which is crucial for sustainability.

Founder & CEO of ZEVO shared his excitement about the new partnership. "This collaboration brings a new level of flexibility to our operations. With EV Recharge’s mobile fast charging, our delivery fleet can stay on the road longer, maintaining the high standards of efficiency which our customers expect. We’re exhilarated to begin this journey and look forward to scaling this solution pan-India."

The launch in Noida signifies the start of a broader expansion strategy for EV Recharge. Initially focusing on ZEVO’s fleet, the partnership aims to extend this advanced charging technology to more locations and sectors. The long-term vision is to cultivate a greener, more sustainable logistics network across India.
