New Delhi: Navrattan Group is all set to launch its E-Bus built using composite fibre materials.

Employing high-quality glass fibre composite technology merged with integrated processes, this E-Bus represents a leap forward in electric vehicle design. The use of these advanced materials results in a reduced body weight and a lower gross vehicle weight, significantly enhancing the overall efficiency of the bus, the company said.

This innovative vehicle, designed to set new standards in efficiency and sustainability, showcases the company’s commitment to advancing green technology, the company said in a media release.

Compared to other electric buses currently available in the market, Navrattan’s E-Bus stands out for several reasons. The lightweight construction not only improves fuel efficiency but also reduces the wear and tear on roads, contributing to better road compatibility. This feature is particularly important for India, where road infrastructure varies widely in quality, the release said.

The advanced composite materials used in its construction are not only durable but also resistant to the usual wear and tear that plagues conventional vehicles. This means lower maintenance costs and longer service intervals, providing a more cost-effective solution for public transport operators.

In addition to minimizing environmental impact, the E-Bus also offers enhanced road compatibility, ensuring smoother and more reliable transportation. Its design accommodates the varying road conditions across India, making it a versatile option for urban and rural areas alike. Passengers can expect a comfortable and efficient ride, bolstered by the bus’s innovative design features, the release said.

Himansh Verma, the founder of Navrattan Group, said, “Our goal with the E-Bus is to provide a transportation solution that is not only efficient and cost-effective but also environmentally responsible. We believe this launch will set a new benchmark in the electric vehicle industry.”
