BLive, a top e-mobility platform, has introduced its new BLive EZY EV Rental Program, aimed at helping delivery riders switch to electric vehicles (EVs) without breaking the bank.

This program tackles the financial hurdles delivery workers often face, making EVs more accessible with flexible rental terms and low weekly rates.

BLive is leading the charge in transforming last-mile delivery with EVs. Their AI-enabled platform connects EV manufacturers, delivery giants like Zomato and Swiggy, and financial and charging solution providers, all to support gig workers. This integrated approach helps fleet operators create, manage, and scale their EV fleets effectively, promoting sustainable transportation.

Delivery riders often struggle with high loan requirements and interest rates. BLive’s program offers rentals starting at just Rs 1500 per week, easing the transition to EVs. A standout feature is the “Rent to Own” model, which lets riders own their EVs after 36 months, promoting long-term sustainability.

A survey by Robas Research Pvt. Ltd. found that 77 percent of last-mile delivery riders already own EVs, showing a strong preference for sustainable transport. However, financial barriers remain. BLive’s program helps overcome these with competitive rates and easy terms, making EV ownership more achievable.

The BLive EZY EV Rental Program offers high-quality EVs from brands like TVS, Ather, Bounce, and Revolt. Riders benefit from substantial savings on fuel, no extra costs for insurance and maintenance, and the chance to own their EV at the end of the rental period.

The program has already launched in Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, and Goa, with over 200 EVs deployed. BLive plans to expand to 10,000 EVs within the next year, inviting more franchisee partners to join their mission to revolutionize last-mile delivery with electric mobility.
