Sanjay Gawde to replace Edwin Lobo as Head - HR and Administration of Mahindra Logistics

New Delhi: Mahindra Logistics Monday informed its investors about the retirement of Edwin Lobo, Head - Human Resource and Administration and SMP of the Company. Sanjay Gawde is going to be the new SMP (Senior Management Personnel) and Head - Human Resource and Administration of the company from October 1, 2024.

Edwin Lobo is taking an early retirement from September 30, 2024 due to some personal commitments. "I would like to thank you for the trust placed on me and for giving me the opportunity to head the HR function for Mahindra Logistics & its subsidiaries for the past 4 years. I feel it is right time to step down to explore my personal commitments," Lobo stated in his letter of resignation.

Replacing Lobo, the Board of Directors has appointed Sanjay Gawde, a veteran HR professional, as the new Head - Human Resource and Administration of the company. "He has experience in rewards, talent management, industrial relations, HR operations and across domains like ITeS, manufacturing, consulting and financial services," stated the company's regulatory filings. The seasoned professional has worked with Mahindra and Mahindra Limited, John Deere etc as Head of Group Talent Management and Group Rewards in the past.
