Lohia unveils five new E3W products for passenger and cargo needs

Lohia has unveiled five new electric three-wheelers (E3W) featuring advanced technology and stylish designs to cater to both the passenger and the cargo needs across various segments.

The new lineup includes the Humsafar L5 Passenger, L5 Cargo, Narain ICE L3, Narain DX, Narain C+, Narain Base SS, iCH, Comfort F2F+, and Utility Vehicle. Each one is equipped with advanced features like keyless entry, LED lights, and a new butterfly design. Notably, the Narain+ offers a versatile Flexi model, and all vehicles have a robust 60V battery, ensuring reliable performance and extended range, the company said.

“These five new vehicles mark a significant step in our mission to provide clean, efficient, and reliable transportation. We are committed to setting new industry standards in safety and quality, and with these launches, we aim to sell 10,000 units this year including all categories. This diverse range of models reflects our dedication to revolutionizing mobility in India and accelerating the adoption of electric vehicles,” Ayush Lohia, CEO of Lohia, said.

The Humsafar L5 Passenger is highlighted by a top speed of 48 km/hr, a battery capacity of 130/135/135 AH, and a range of 100 - 120 km. It also features a digital instrument cluster, a metal body, and 4.5 R10 PR tyres, making it ideal for urban commuting.

The L5 Cargo model is designed for efficient cargo transportation. It offers a maximum speed of 48 km/hr, a battery capacity of 4 x 1.8/7.6/10.8/11.8 kWh, and a range of 140-160 km. It comes with a closed cabin with doors, a digital instrument cluster, and a spacious cargo box of 140 / 170 cft.

Further details on the Narain ICE L3 Passenger vehicle were not fully provided, but the initial focus clearly marks an ambitious push by Lohia into the electric vehicle market.
