The launch of the Uptime Solution Center solidifies Ashok Leyland's leadership in the commercial vehicle sector.
Ashok Leyland, a prominent commercial vehicle manufacturer in India and a flagship of the Hinduja Group, inaugurated its Uptime Solution Center at Ennore on 3rd September 2024. This advanced facility is designed to transform the aftersales service sector by leveraging cutting-edge technology and predictive analytics, aimed at enhancing fleet utilisation for commercial vehicle operators across the nation.

The Uptime Solution Center at Ennore is a state-of-the-art establishment that integrates teams from Aftermarket, Vehicle Engineering, and Field Quality. These teams work collaboratively to support Ashok Leyland customers nationwide by promptly addressing and resolving technical issues.

This network comprises dealers, authorised service centers, parts distributors, exclusive parts stores (ALRPS), AL parts retailers, and AL mechanics, all interconnected with the Uptime Solution Center. This integration ensures effective coordination and communication, facilitating rapid repairs, easy access to parts, and enhanced service support.
