Joseph Panakkal resigns as HR Head of ZF Group

ZF Group, a German technology company, has announced that Joseph Panakkal has resigned as the Head of Human Resources.
ZF Group, a German technology company that supplies systems for passenger cars, commercial vehicles and industrial technology, has announced that Joseph Panakkal has resigned as the Head of Human Resources, effective November 29.

“Mr Joseph Panakkal vide mail dated 30th August 2024, tendered his resignation from the position of Head - Human Resource to pursue further career opportunities outside of ZF Group. The company has accepted his resignation, and he would be relieved from the company from close of business hours on 29th November, 2024,” said a statement.

Panakkal has 26 years of experience in different facets of human resources. He joined ZF Group in June 2018. Previously, he worked at Saint-Gobain Sekurit India, Saint-Gobain Glass India, Mahindra & Mahindra, Aircel, MRF, CUMI Abrasives and Synthite Industries.

Panakkal holds an MBA from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and an MA in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from Rajagiri Centre for Business Studies.
