Warivo Motor India Pvt Ltd and Battery Smart have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to integrate battery swapping technology into Warivo’s electric two-wheeler fleet aimed at the B2B market. This collaboration, following the launch of Warivo's CRX high-speed electric scooter, seeks to lower upfront costs for fleet operators and ensure seamless service through quick battery swaps, enhancing operational efficiency and promoting sustainable transport solutions.

Increases accessibility

Warivo Motor's new strategy will make electric scooters more accessible to businesses by separating the cost of the battery from the vehicle purchase. The integration of Battery Smart's extensive network of swapping stations is set to eliminate range anxiety for fleet operators. By quickly exchanging depleted batteries for fully charged ones, delivery and logistics operations can run without interruptions, ultimately boosting efficiency.

Warivo's future strategy

By the end of 2025, Warivo plans to deploy over 20,000 electric scooters equipped with Battery Smart's battery-swapping technology across India. This ambitious rollout highlights Warivo's dedication to promoting clean mobility solutions and meeting the growing demand for sustainable transportation options.
