ICAT partners with Twin Health for sustainability, staff wellbeing

The event, attended by over 500 guests and employees, featured a glimpse into the future of healthcare with the introduction of Twin Health's groundbreaking Whole Body Digital Twin™ (WBDT) technology.
New Delhi: The International Centre for Automotive Technology (ICAT), a leading world class automotive testing, certification and R&D service provider under the aegis of NATRiP (National Automotive Testing and R&D Infrastructure Project), Government of India and providing quality services to the industry in all the domains of automotive and non-automotive developmentheld its Annual Business Rollout (ABR) recently, showcasing its commitment to not only technological advancements but also sustainability and employee wellbeing.

The event, attended by over 500 guests and employees, featured a glimpse into the future of healthcare with the introduction of Twin Health's groundbreaking Whole Body Digital Twin™ (WBDT) technology. This innovative approach offers a harbour of hope for the over 100 million Indians currently battling diabetes.

Dr Hanif Qureshi, IPS, Chief Guest at the event & Additional Secretary at the Ministry of Heavy Industries, commended ICAT's work, expressing confidence in their future. He stated, "I commend the tireless efforts of ICAT employees in ensuring road safety through continuous testing and technological advancements. I am impressed by ICAT's future roadmap and their focus on utilizing funds allocated from the Centre for the 4 different ICAT centres across the country: NATRAX Pune, NATRAX Indore, ICAT Delhi, and GARC Chennai. The Ministry of Heavy Industries fully supports ICAT's endeavours, and I will strive to secure more funds for ICAT from the ministry. By empowering ICAT, we empower a safer and more secure future for all on our roads.”

The ABR 2024 event by ICAT showcased its broader vision, introducing Twin Health's Whole Body Digital Twin™ (WBDT) technology. Dr. Maluk Mohamed, Co-Founder and CEO (India) & Vice President (Research) at TWIN Health, highlighted the innovative approach to healthcare, addressing India's diabetes crisis. “With over 100 million Indians battling diabetes,” Dr. Maluk stated, citing the latest ICMR data, “India needs effective solutions. Twin Health tackles the root cause of lifestyle diseases by healing disruptive metabolism.” WBDT creates a digital replica of metabolism, enabling precise treatment plans.
