The sites, in France and Britain, have been halted since the beginning of last week due to a workers strike at supplier MA France, a division of Italian group CLN, which specialises in stamped metal parts.
The French plant in Poissy will resume production on May 2 while those in Hordain, also in France, and in Luton, in Britain, are due to restart on May 7, he added.
The Hordain plant makes vans and mini buses for Stellantis brands and also Toyota.
"We have our own sourcing, we are doing stamping, welding... so we do that internally and we have our own system that allows to supply those plants," the spokesman said in a call after the automaker posted revenue and shipment data for the first quarter of the year.
He declined to give further details.
