Indo-Italian JV Mangla Cortubi opens R&D Center and Corporate Office at Palwal, Haryana

New Delhi: Mangla Cortubi Pvt Ltd, a joint venture between Cornaglia Italy and Mangla Group India, Wednesday inaugurated its cutting-edge R&D center and corporate office in Palwal, Haryana.

This marks a step forward in the company's mission to provide innovative after-treatment systems and emission control solutions for the Indian market from its three manufacturing facilities located in Haryana, Uttarakhand, and Telangana, the company said.

Giovanni De Fillipis, MD of Cornaglia Group, said, "The R&D center in India is a milestone for our strong plans to create industrial capabilities for our After-Treatment products, to be sold in India and international markets, utilizing our 100+ years of experience."

Sachin Mangla, MD, Mangla Group, expressed the company's commitment to delivering world-class capabilities for Trem IV and Trem V technologies for Indian agricultural products and Euro 6 and Euro 7 technologies for the commercial vehicle segment. He also highlighted the significance of foreign investments in supporting the "Make in India for the World" initiative.

The R&D centre and corporate office will serve as a hub for innovation and excellence, driving the development of cutting-edge technologies and solutions for the Indian market, the company said in a media release.

Cornaglia, Italy operates 14 Manufacturing facilities in 5 continents. Mangla Cor-Tubi is in the exhaust system business and supplies the exhaust systems to Mahindra & Mahindra, CNH, Sonalika, Escorts and many OEMs.
