Malaika Arora's High-Intensity Workout Routine Is Making Us Tired

It would not be an exaggeration to say that Malaika Arora is one of the biggest fitness enthusiasts in Bollywood. The actress goes to great lengths to maintain her well toned body, whether it’s through a dedicated diet, intense gym sessions, or yoga. Recently, the celebrity posted a new video from one of her yoga sessions, and her followers were left completely amazed.

In the short clip, Malaika is seen stretching her body and doing core exercises. The actress was seen performing leg and hand stretches effortlessly. In the caption, Malaika wrote, “Never underestimate a woman with a yoga mat.” Malaika has always been an inspiration to many fitness enthusiasts. One of her followers said, “Such an inspiration. Dedication pays off!” while another noted how “Hard working” she is.

Some time back, Malaika expertly performed the Sun Salutation yoga sequence, also known as Surya Namaskar, demonstrating her strength and peacefulness with each flawless movement. With each flowing movement, she exemplified strength, composure, and mindfulness, capturing the attention of her followers with her exceptional form. Malaika shared a heartfelt caption expressing her deep connection to yoga, emphasising on its importance beyond physical fitness stating, “Yoga is not just a workout… It’s a way of life for me.”

Last week, the paparazzi posted video of Malaika speeding past them at her Bandra gym. As she dashed for her car, she was captured wearing a bright red bralette and yoga leggings. She held a water bottle in one hand and tied her hair into a bun. She waved to the photographers before departing the area.

Meanwhile, Malaika Arora recently appeared on her son Arhaan Khan’s podcast, Dumb Biryani. They discussed marriage and relationships in this trendy conversation. Interestingly, Arhaan asked his mother about her marriage plans. Arhaan questioned, “The nation wants to know when you are getting married?” He added, “I want an exact date, a venue, a destination and to whom.” However, Malaika replied saying, “I’m better off eating a mirchi. I can’t answer that. I don’t know the answer to it. I think I’m living my best life now.”
