Glamorous, Dreamy and Timeless! These words perfectly describe Kiara Advani’s stylish look for the Women In Cinema Gala hosted by the Red Sea Film Festival in collaboration with Vanity Fair Europe in Cannes.

The Women in Cinema initiative was held on the sidelines of the 77th Cannes Film Festival, for which Kiara Advani was invited and is also one of the prestigious honorees. Kiara embraced the power of a classic silhouette in a glamorous sculptural gown for the event.

Kiara looked straight out of an Audrey Hepburn movie exuding the old-world Hollywood charm.

Ahead of the gala event, Kiara was quizzed on how she felt being one of the Women in Cinema honorees, Kiara who looked ethereal in the ensemble, said, “It is very humbling. It is going to be a decade in my career now so I think it comes at a very special moment as well. I am truly humbled to be here at Cannes for the first time. And being honoured by the Red Sea Foundation for Women in Cinema, it is such a humbling experience.”

Kiara gave a sneak peek into her stylish look before she attended the gala. The actress posted a black and white picture on her Instagram story, with her back facing the camera as she leaned on the balcony staring into oblivion. There’s nothing more romantic than a picture of a woman adorning a classic gown paired with black lace gloves. Call it old-world charm or simply the Kiara charisma, the overall style was a perfect red carpet look done right.

The Nedo by Nedret Taciroglu corset gown features a black velvet fish-cut silhouette with a train and a pastel pink duchess satin bodice. Keeping up with the fashion trend of 2024 – bows, the Fall Winter 2024-25 collection gown also features an elaborate pink duchess satin bow. Thus adding a drama to Kiara’s dreamy look.

Styled by Lakshmi Lehr and assisted by Abhimanyu Desai. Kiara’s hairstyle was tied in a bun styled by Priyanka Borkar and complementing her vintage versatile style was the dewy minimal makeup done by Lekha Gupta. Kiara accessorised her monochromatic look with statement diamond jewellery.

Along with Kiara, the other Women in Cinema honorees were Adhwa Fahad, Aseel Omran, Freen aka Sarocha Chankimha, Ramata-Toulaye Sy and Salma Abu Deif.
