Microsoft’s Bid To Beat Apple’s M3 MacBook Will Be Supported By These AI PCs: Full List

Microsoft has been doing everything in its power to compete and even better Apple’s MacBooks over the years. The latest effort from the company comes in the form of AI PCs that will be built by many brands. Hardware giants like Intel, Qualcomm and AMD will show their support too. All these big names have assembled to give consumers the new fancy toy in the PC market called Copilot + laptops.

Qualcomm will be offering its Snapdragon X series processors that are claimed to be faster and more reliable than Apple’s M3 silicone, which is a tall ask. Here’s a list of the brands that have confirmed their own Snapdragon X Elite powered laptops coming in the next few months.

Copilot Plus PCs Launching With Snapdragon X Processor In 2024

Microsoft Surface Laptop

Right off the bat, Microsoft was smart enough to start the Copilot Plus PC era with its all new Surface Laptop. The company is using the Snapdragon X Elite and Plus processors which have got the industry excited for sure. You have the Surface Laptop available in 13.8 and 15-inch screen sizes. Microsoft is offering features like Recall, and other AI features that will enhance the overall PC experience. Surface Laptops are priced at $999.99 (Rs 81,000 approx) and go on sale soon.

HP Omnibook X

HP is also lapping up the new Snapdragon X processor for its new range of AI PCs that come with up to 32GB RAM and 2TB SSD storage. It has a multi-touch 14-inch display, powered with dual speakers and supports Wi-Fi 7. HP’s first model will be available from next month at $1,200 (Rs 96,000 approx).

Lenovo Yoga Slim 7x

Lenovo is another brand going for the AI revolution with the help of the Snapdragon X Elite processor. Aimed at creators, this machine has the AI chops and the cooling chassis to keep the device running smoothly. Lenovo will bring the Yoga Slim 7x for $1,300 (Rs 1,04,000 approx) later this year.

Asus Vivobook S15

Asus has launched its new Vivobook S15 with the Intel as well as Qualcomm processor. The Snapdragon X Elite variant will be available soon and has a slew of AI features, including Asus StoryCube AI assistant. It comes with up to 32GB RAM and 1TB SSD storage.

Samsung Galaxy Book4 Edge

Samsung’s got the Galaxy Book4 series in the mix, also using the Snapdragon X Elite processors. The laptop features a 3K AMOLED display and you can get it in 14-inch or 16-inch variants.

Dell XPS, Inspiron And More

And finally, you have Dell upgrading most of its PC lineup with the Snapdragon X Elite chip. This is the only brand that has decided to take a punt on five new models, covering different segments.
