Tech mogul and millionaire obsessed with anti-ageing, Bryan Johnson, in a post on social media site X claimed that he achieved a mega milestone in his anti-ageing quest.

Johnson, who is spending millions of dollars to reverse his ageing process took to X to claim that his birthday now falls after every 19 months, instead of the usual 12 months.

My new record: 0.64 pace-of-aging. My birthday is now every 19 months. Previously I built Braintree Venmo, now I build human, with a goal to slow and reverse aging. Nutrition is a power law of anti-aging. This is what I eat everyday. You can too. pic.twitter.com/36tR8sXw3T

He shared data that claims his biological ageing process has slowed down. “My new record: 0.64 pace-of-ageing. My birthday is now every 19 months. Previously I built Braintree Venmo, now I build human, with a goal to slow and reverse ageing. Nutrition is a power law of anti-aging. This is what I eat every day. You can too,” Johnson said in his video message posted on X.

The wealthy tech entrepreneur says he has reduced his biological age by 5.1 years through a strict diet, exercise, and health monitoring. He spends over $2 million a year on this anti-aging routine.

“I’ve been trying to reduce my speed of ageing, and I just achieved a personal best – 0.64. That roughly means that for every 12 months that pass, I only age for 7.6 months,” he further added.

Bryan Johnson, who founded and later sold Braintree Venmo, has launched Project Blueprint that delves into the field of longevity research. He said that his health markers indicate a younger biological age.

The project employs several measures to reverse Johnson’s epigenetic age. Epigenetic age refers to the biological age of an individual as determined by the patterns of DNA methylation in their cells. Unlike chronological age, which is the actual time a person has been alive, epigenetic age is a measure of how old a person’s body appears to be biologically.

Johnson’s daily routine involves a carefully monitored, calorie-restricted diet and taking over 100 supplements daily.
